Don't squat too soon.

If you’re not used to doing deep squats, ease into them slowly. If you don’t, you’ll discover muscles you didn’t know you had, and you’ll also discover that your body has a way of letting you know to slow your roll.

In the same, slow down as you move through life or start a new job or approach a problem - especially if you’re exercising some new mental muscles.

You need stress.
